You need to put sources manually (button will not generate different quality videos automatically), it’s not like Live Stream Quality Button. You can add 6 sources per video format, use any text for quality labels:360p,720p, 1080p, SD, HD etc…

Only one format of video per player is available not mixed format sources. For example only Mp4 or only HLS.
